HERE’S KALINA. GO FOLLOW HER BECAUSE SHE’S AWESOME AND STUFF. YEAH~

It’s just sinking in now that my side of the passenger seat could’ve been seriously hit by a speeding car that was turning onto the road we were on when I was headed for Baccalaureate today. I was inches and seconds away from getting injured from a collision. Like I saw the SUV getting extremely close to my window. Thank heavens for my dad’s defensive driving skills.

I’m better at waking up at 5 in the morning now than I was in my entire high school life.

It’s one of those sleepless nights again. I feel like I should get used to this already since it’s been happening a lot recently anyway. Sigh.

Finally home and I’m a bit tired and sore. I got caulking on my hands, my pants, and dust and/or dirt everywhere. The Habitat-sponsored house is looking good though. It’s two-thirds done and all that’s left, it seems, is just to finish installing the dry wall, the shingles, the stucco, and painting it. I would like to see it when it’s finished and presented to the family it’s being built for. I hope they like it.
